Hybrid Questionnaire

As we have a high volume of interest, this will help us get back to you quicker and help serve you better if you can share a little more about your family. If you’re considering our hyrbid program, please fill out the survey and then we can best assist you.

After we get some basic information, we can set up a tour or phone call to ensure Roots will be a mutual good fit. We run tours monthly at each campus, which you can drop in to check out how our program runs, check our curriculum, and speak to the director.

We open new enrollment for our hybrid program in February each year. Current hybrid students and siblings will have first priority for enrollment. We will then see how many spots are available and offer enrollment to families we feel would be a good fit. Enrollment is open year round if spots are available.

There is a non-refundable deposit due for each student enrolled. This ensures your spot and goes directly to the purchasing of curriculum and supplies.

Hybrid students must have an evaluation to place them in the correct level per subject.  These will take place in May and June each year.  Evaluations take about 30 minutes per child, and then we will have a discussion to decide placement.
