We want to make sure this is a good fit for everyone involved. Come take a tour to see how we run our classes, look over our curriculum, meet our current teachers, and talk with our director.
Gibsonia Campus tours: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10am
Harmony Campus tours: Wednesdays at 9am and 11:30am
Once you’ve toured, we will email you the family application. You can fill it out and return it through mail or scan and email, along with the $100 one time family application fee, to be paid by check or Venmo.
If you’re applying for the hybrid school, you must turn in your $300/child ($100 preschool) deposit within 2 weeks in order to guarantee your spot. This covers all curriculum and supplies for the year and is non-refundable.
Co-op only families do not pay any deposits the first year they apply, but must pay a $25/family registration fee each year to remain on the registered list. This covers all supplies of the school, excluding class specific supplies covered by class fees.
Hybrid students must have an evaluation to place them in the correct level per subject. Once deposit is paid, we will send a sign up form to choose a time to come in. Evaluations take 30-60 minutes per child, and then we will have a discussion to decide placement.
Hybrid and co-op students can take any amount of co-op classes they would like, and classes are first come, first serve. The class schedule and registration for each session will be emailed out at least one month before each session begins. You will get a separate invoice for these once registered.
